- One user per Google account. Multiple Google accounts may join the same household.
4. Free of Charge
IterArc is free to use. There are no paid tiers, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or advertisements. The Developer reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free features will remain free.
5. Your Data
- You own your data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content (food photos, habits, notes, recipes, financial data).
- You grant us a limited license to process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting privacy@iterarc.com.
6. AI-Powered Features
- Food photo analysis uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to estimate nutritional content. These estimates are approximations and should not be used as medical or dietary advice.
- Transaction categorization uses AI to classify spending. Categories may be inaccurate and can be manually corrected.
- AI outputs are provided "as is" without guarantee of accuracy. Do not rely on IterArc for medical, nutritional, or financial decisions without consulting a qualified professional.
7. Health Disclaimer
IterArc is not a medical device. It is a personal tracking tool. Information provided by the app — including calorie estimates, weight trends, fasting status, and daily briefings — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new diet, fasting protocol, or exercise program. If you have an eating disorder or disordered eating patterns, please consult a professional before using food tracking features.
8. Financial Disclaimer
The bank integration feature (when available) provides a read-only view of your transactions for personal budgeting purposes. IterArc is not a financial advisor. Transaction categorization and budget tracking are informational tools. Do not make financial decisions based solely on data in IterArc.
9. Household Sharing
- When you invite someone to your household, they can see your habits, food entries, shopping lists, shared recipes, and household settings.
- You are responsible for who you invite. Household invites are code-based and expire after 7 days.
- The household owner can remove members. Removed members lose access to shared data immediately.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data outside your household
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
- Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content via food photos or notes
11. Service Availability
IterArc is provided "as is" without warranty. The Developer does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Accuracy of AI-generated nutrition estimates
- Preservation of data in case of service discontinuation
The app works offline. Data stored locally on your device persists regardless of server availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of IterArc. This includes but is not limited to: health outcomes based on nutrition estimates, financial losses based on budget tracking, or data loss due to service interruption.
13. Beta Software
IterArc is currently in beta. This means:
- Bugs may exist. Please report them.
- Features may change without notice.
- Data migration between versions is best-effort.
- The app is distributed as a debug APK, not via Google Play Store (Play Store listing is planned).
14. Open Source
The IterArc source code is available on GitHub. The app's license terms apply to source code usage separately from these Terms of Service for end users.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
16. Changes
We may update these terms when features change. The "last updated" date will be updated. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
